Can I use BotPenguin for free?
Yes, BotPenguin’s baby plan is free forever. We don't hold you back in any way.
What channels does the King plan include?
BotPenguin's King Plan allows you to create chatbot for websites, WhatsApp, Facebook, Telegram, and Microsoft Teams. You can also create conversational landing pages and live chat widgets.
Can I get Demo of BotPenguin’s chatbot platform?
Yes, you can book a demo using our chatbot from the bottom-right corner or fill contact us & we will arrange it for you.
What’s the difference between messages and conversations?
Messages are individual bot messages on all platforms (except WhatsApp). A conversation is unlimited WhatsApp messages to one user within a 24-hour window.
What happens when I cross the response limit?
BotPenguin will send a message limit reminder when 90% of the messages are used. After the limit is exhausted completely, you must upgrade your current plan. Until then, your bots will not be able to bring leads and talk to your customers until you upgrade.
How do I make the payment?
You can pay for BotPenguin using Stripe or Razor Pay; both are secure, encrypted gateways. Security is our topmost priority.
Does BotPenguin offer any discount?
Absolutely, you can get a sweeter deal, if you choose the yearly plan, you only have to pay for 10 months. Two months is on us. Also, we provide a 50% discount to nonprofit organizations.
Can I cancel my subscription?
If you feel BotPenguin’s isn’t what you were looking for, you can cancel your subscriptions. No questions asked. The Penguin will miss you, though.
What’s the lowest paid plan I can choose to launch my chatbot?
The little plan is the base paid plan at $29 that includes 3000 messages, 5 Chatbots, 5 team members & more.
What is your refund policy?

Yes you can add live chat to more than one site as you are allowed to create multiple chatbots and allowed to customize them uniquely.
How many Chatbots can be created in King Plan?
You can create unlimited chatbots for all platforms included in the king plan.
How many chat agents can I include in the King plan?
You can include 10 agents with the king plan. You can add more agents at additional charges.
What is your markup on Meta prices?
We do not charge anything on top of Meta conversations charges; you pay the WhatsApp conversations fee directly to Meta.
Is there any message limit for WhatsApp?
No, all charges are conversations-based. BotPenguin’s platform pricing is based on the plan of conversations you choose.
