We recognize the multiple options available to you, and we sincerely thank you for entrusting us with your business. As a testament to our dedication, we have created a comprehensive policy delineating our course of action in the event that we fall short of your expectations.
If you are dissatisfied within the initial 30 days of procuring a paid plan (except the WhatsApp Chatbot plan), you can request a refund, and we will issue you a 100% refund (subject to adjustment for payment gateway charges). It is important to note that expenses related to Add-ons, as well as any costs associated with new custom integrations or bespoke development, will not be eligible for a refund.
In exchange for you signing up for an annual up-front commitment, we offer you a significant discount over the already-low monthly subscription cost. If, within the first 30 days of utilizing our service, you experience dissatisfaction, we encourage prompt communication with us. We will earnestly endeavor to address your concerns, offer suitable workarounds, or present a timeline for a resolution that aligns with your requirements. In the unlikely event that satisfaction remains elusive, we shall retain a portion equivalent to the cost of ONE MONTH’S SUBSCRIPTION (calculated based on the actual monthly rate), refunding the balance. It is important to note that expenses related to Add-ons, as well as any costs associated with new custom integrations or bespoke development, will not be eligible for a refund.
For concerns raised beyond the initial 30-day period from the date of subscription payment, while service cancellation remains an option, No REFUNDS will be forthcoming.
In the interest of convenience, both monthly and yearly subscriptions are set to auto-renew until a cancellation request is initiated. Before each auto-renewal, we will dispatch an email delineating the impending charge to your credit card. Subsequently, following each renewal, a receipt will be dispatched via email, detailing the amount deducted, the upcoming renewal date, and the associated charge.
Recognizing the occasional oversight wherein customers may neglect to terminate accounts they no longer require until after a charge has been levied, we accommodate the cancellation of annual subscriptions up to five business days post the renewal date. In such cases, we will expedite the cancellation process and effect a FULL REFUND.
It is imperative to underline that the refund policy is exclusively applicable to accounts established through direct engagement with BotPenguin's in-house sales team. For accounts established via our Partners, we kindly request that inquiries pertaining to refunds be directed to the respective Partner.
If you're dissatisfied with our service under the Partner Program, we encourage you to promptly initiate communication with us. We shall make every reasonable effort to address your concerns, proffer viable workarounds, or furnish a prospective resolution timeline tailored to your specific requirements. However, please be advised that refunds will not be extended in this context.
