Strong products are built on trust, and so are our policies. That's why every BotPenguin plan begins with a 7-day free trial. It's your sandbox to play, test, and see how we fit into your business flow. No lock-ins, no strings attached, just space to decide if this is where your bots belong. This policy sets the ground rules for payments, cancellations, and refunds, so everything stays transparent and predictable.

The 7-day Trial Period

The trial is more than a preview - it's your chance to experience BotPenguin in full, before money changes hands. Set up your bots, run real chats, and feel how it works for your team. By choosing a paid plan after this window, you're signaling: yes, this works for us.

Paid Subscriptions

Once you subscribe:

  • Monthly and annual plans are non-refundable.
  • Add-ons, integrations, and custom builds are also non-refundable, as they're crafted just for you.

When Refunds Do Happen

We know errors sneak in. We'll make things right if:

  • You were billed twice,
  • A payment wasn't authorized.

Just write to us at support@botpenguin.com and if approved, the refund will return to your payment method.

3. Partner Program

Our Partner Program is built on collaboration. If something isn't working, we'll work with you to find solutions, offer alternatives, or share clear timelines.

⚠️ Refunds are not part of the Partner Program.

4. Subscription Cancellations

  • You can cancel anytime from your dashboard or by contacting our support team.
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You won't be billed again, and you'll keep access until the cycle ends.
  • Payments already made remain final, except in the refund cases listed above.

5. Stepping Away

Sometimes journeys part ways, and that's okay. If you step away from BotPenguin, know that we're thankful for the time you spent with us. And if your path brings you back, we'll be ready to pick up the conversation where it left off.
