"Great for 'no-code' builders If you're a 'no-code' builder like me this is definitely worth taking a look. It has a relatively easy user interface and only took a few days to build an agent for a fairly complex business process. Customer Support are great and helped me get it over the line, to the point where it performed well in user testing. However, I ultimately ended up going somewhere else because I didn't have confidence in the technical design and how the agent was gobbling through my ChatGPT token limit.
