What is an interaction?
A chat with BotPenguin is counted as one interaction, regardless of the number of messages or actions in response.
Do I need any prior knowledge or skills?
Not you don’t, you will be using drag and drop to start your bot.
Are there any contracts?
You may change your plan for the next billing cycle whenever you wish to.
Can I insert my own logical flow in the bot?
Yes, you can!
Features
I don’t have a credit card. How else can I pay?
If you don’t have the credit card, you can pay via Paypal. Also, we accept local currency in few countries, kindly contact our sales team.
What if my bot exceeds the limit interactions as per my plan?
You will be notified when you will be around your interactions limit and on exceeding you move to the next plan.
How do I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrades and downgrades happen immediately. You’ll be charged a pro-rata amount for an upgrade.
Do you send invoices/receipts?
Yes, by email each time we make a charge. Our email invoices/receipts include your business billing address for taxation purposes.
Do I need a credit card to sign up?
No, you can start with the free plan without sharing the credit card details.
Do you offer White labelling?
Yes we do, with the custom plan.
